Account Registration & Verification

KYC Verification Process: KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before you can make a withdrawal. The following documents are required for KYC:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
- Payment method verification (mobile number confirmation)
Without completed KYC verification, withdrawals are limited to a maximum of ৳10,000. Full KYC is mandatory for any amount above this.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Third-party deposits are not accepted — you must use a payment method registered in your own name.
Warning: Deposits made from someone else's mobile number or bank account will be cancelled, and the account may be subject to investigation.
Withdrawal Rules & Process
Withdrawing your winnings from Rami is straightforward, though a few rules apply. We aim to keep the withdrawal process as transparent and fast as possible.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
- Withdrawals are capped at ৳50,000 per calendar day (higher limits apply for VIP members).
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
Rami does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — this is outside of Rami's control.
If KYC verification is not completed before your first withdrawal, processing may be delayed. Completing KYC in advance will allow withdrawals to be processed faster.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Rami offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page. However, some general rules apply to all bonuses:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal (typically 20x to 40x).
- Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
- Game Limits: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games. Eligible games will be listed in the bonus details.
- Each bonus is valid once: Each bonus may be claimed only once per person, household, address, or device.
- Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in any other form of manipulation will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being closed.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Account Closure & Suspension Policy
You can request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be closed within 24 hours. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
Rami may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information
- Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud
- Instructions from a court or regulatory authority
Limitation of Liability
Rami strives to maintain the highest quality of service, but technical issues or other circumstances may cause temporary disruptions. In such cases, Rami will not be held liable for the following:
- If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues
- If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider
- If losses occur due to issues with the user's own device or connection
- Losses resulting from sharing your account password with others
However, if a player suffers a genuine financial loss due to a technical error, Rami will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
